Instructions for Authors

The submission of a manuscript to ERJ means that the work is originally described and has not been published before or is under consideration for publication. The work however may be published in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis. It will also be assumed that the publication for ERJ has been approved by all co-authors and responsible/sponsoring authorities. The acceptance of the manuscript means that the author (s) agree (s) to the automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.

Preparation of Manuscripts:

Authors are requested to submit manuscripts through the given emails in doc./docx format only.

Title Page must include:

  • Title of the article;
  • Name(s) of author(s);
  • Affiliation(s) of author(s);
  • e-mail address of the corresponding author.

The abstract that highlights the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the paper must be included for research papers.

To identify the subjects under which the article may be indexed, a minimum of 3 keywords should be included.

References should be provided in APA or MLA or whatever is applicable according to the nature of submission. The author is finally responsible for the accuracy of bibliographic references. Please browse to already published paper for typing format.

Note: Authors are encouraged to post copies of their published papers to their own institutional or personal/professional websites along with a link to the original paper at the journal website. This will assist in disseminating their work as well as raising awareness of the journal. ERJ does not promote any political party, organization, and religious group. Please do not send us writings that are influenced by strong political, religious, or communal bias.
